What data we process

The details you give us when you ask for a quote using the form: name, phone number, pick-up and drop-off places, vehicle, whether it starts, approximate date and comments.

Also any details you give us when you call us or write to us by WhatsApp or email, including the location you send us so that we can find you.

What we use it for

• To reply to your request and give you a price.
• To organise and carry out the service, if you book it.
• To meet our legal obligations, for example invoicing.

We do not use your data to send you advertising, and we do not make automated decisions about you.

Legal basis

• Your request and the pre-contractual steps you ask us to take (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.
• Compliance with legal obligations, if you book the service (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

How long we keep it

If you do not book the service, we delete your data once it is no longer needed to deal with your enquiry. If you do, we keep it for as long as the relationship lasts and then for the periods required by law, for example for tax and commercial purposes.

Who else may see your data

We do not sell your data or pass it on to third parties unless required by law. To run the website and our communications, we use these providers:

• Cloudflare: website hosting and sending the form to our email.
• Google (Gmail): email.
• WhatsApp (Meta): if you write to us on WhatsApp. In that case, WhatsApp's privacy policy also applies.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. In those cases, the transfer is covered by the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to receive it in a format you can take to another provider. Write to us at info@gruas-igs.com stating which right you wish to exercise.

If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
